Shell99 Login – Access Your Account Safely Anytime

Shell99 supports two main login methods, giving you flexibility depending on what you find easier to remember:

• Log in using your username that you chose when registering your shell99 account – the most commonly used method among regular players since the username is easy to remember
• Log in using your Malaysia phone number registered to your account – useful if you've forgotten your username but still remember the phone number you used when registering

For both methods, you are required to enter the correct password. Shell99 does not support login via social media accounts or any third-party platform — this is a deliberate security measure to ensure only you can access your Shell99 account.

If you're on a mobile device, Shell99 also supports saving your credentials in your browser's password manager (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) for easier future logins without having to retype your details each time. This is a safe option as long as your device is protected with a password or fingerprint.

Based on the Shell99 support team's experience handling member queries daily, here are the most common login issues and how to resolve them quickly:

• Password not accepted: Make sure Caps Lock is not active on your keyboard. Shell99 passwords are case-sensitive. Try typing your password in a notes app first to check it's correct before pasting it into the login form.
• Account temporarily locked after multiple failed attempts: Shell99 temporarily locks your account for 30 minutes after 5 consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact support to have the lock removed sooner.
• OTP not received: Check that your phone number is active and has signal. Make sure you haven't blocked SMS from unknown numbers. Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new OTP to avoid confusion between old and new codes.
• Login page not responding: Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. If the issue persists, try a different browser or device. Shell99 works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
• Forgot username: Try logging in with your registered Malaysian phone number as an alternative. If that still doesn't work, contact Shell99 support with the email address you used during registration for identity verification.

Shell99 continually invests in security infrastructure to ensure every member's login session is protected against cyber threats. Here are the layers of protection Shell99 has in place for every login:

• SSL 256-bit Encryption: All data you submit during login – including your username and password – is encrypted using the same 256-bit TLS/SSL protocol used by Maybank and CIMB for online banking. This data cannot be read by any third party while in transit.
• New device detection: When you log in from a device that Shell99 has not previously recorded, our system will trigger additional verification via SMS OTP to confirm it's really you accessing the account.
• Login attempt limit: After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, your account is automatically locked temporarily to prevent brute force attacks.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): Members who enable 2FA in Account Settings will receive an SMS OTP every time they log in, adding an extra layer of security that remains inaccessible to unauthorised parties even if they know your password.
• Auto logout: Your Shell99 login session will automatically time out after a period of inactivity to protect your account in case you forget to log out, particularly when using a shared device.

While Shell99 takes all these measures, your account security also depends on your own habits. Never share your login details with anyone – including individuals claiming to be Shell99 staff. Our support team will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

Most Shell99 members in Malaysia access the platform via their smartphones — whether iPhone or Android. Shell99 is fully optimised for a smooth mobile experience and no additional app is needed to log in and play.

To log in to Shell99 from your smartphone:

• Open your browser on your phone – Chrome for Android or Safari for iPhone works best
• Visit shell99.biz and click "Log In" at the top of the page
• Enter your username or phone number and password
• If you're using Safari on an iPhone, you can use the iCloud Keychain autofill feature to fill in your login details faster and more securely
• For Android with Chrome, Google Password Manager can be used for the same purpose

After logging in from a smartphone, the Shell99 interface automatically adjusts to fit your screen size. All games — from slots to live casino — are optimised for touchscreen play. Making deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and GrabPay is even easier on a smartphone than on a laptop, since your e-wallet apps are already installed on the same device.

Once you've successfully logged in, you'll be directed to your Shell99 account dashboard. Here's a quick overview of what you'll find:

• Account balance: Displayed prominently at the top of your screen in MYR. This is the total funds available for you to wager, including any active bonus credits.
• Deposit Button: Click to add funds to your account via TNG eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX, or other methods. E-wallet deposits are processed in under 30 seconds.
• Game navigation: Game categories are clearly organised – Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Lottery, Blackjack, and more. Each category can be filtered by game provider or specific features.
• Promotions Section: Check which promotions you are eligible to claim based on your account activity. New promotions are added every week.
• Transaction history: A complete record of all your deposits, withdrawals, and bets in an easy-to-read format, filterable by date.
• Account Settings: Manage your personal information, password, 2FA, deposit limits, session limits, and other security and responsible gaming settings.
