Shell99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia Members

To register and use the Shell99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. Failure to meet any of these requirements grants Shell99 the right to close your account at any time without prior notice.

• You must be at least 18 years of age as of your registration date
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident living in Malaysia
• The information you provide during registration – your full name, phone number, and email address – must be accurate, current, and belong to you personally
• You are not currently on the self-exclusion list of any gambling platform
• You are registering in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of another person or any corporate entity
• You have never previously been closed or suspended from Shell99 for a terms violation

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Shell99 account. This is a strict rule with no exceptions. If you already have an active account and register a second one — whether under your own name or someone else's — all associated accounts will be closed immediately and all balances, including original deposits, may be confiscated. Shell99 employs a sophisticated multi-account detection system and will investigate any suspicious cases.

Shell99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit. Funds from deposits are typically credited to your Shell99 account within seconds to 5 minutes for e-wallets and DuitNow. For FPX transfers, processing time is between 5 and 15 minutes depending on your bank. • There is no limit on the number of daily withdrawals; however, a daily withdrawal amount limit may apply depending on your VIP tier
• Your first withdrawal may require identity verification (KYC) before it is processed

Shell99 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals if there is a need to investigate suspicious account activity, if identity verification is incomplete, or if your account has an active bonus that has not yet met the rollover requirements. In such cases, Shell99 will notify you within 24 hours regarding the reason for the hold and the steps required to resolve the matter.

Winnings from games suspected to involve fraud, system exploitation, or terms violations are not eligible for withdrawal and may be fully confiscated. • All bonuses are subject to rollover (wagering requirements) before withdrawals are permitted
• Standard rollover is 10x for the Welcome Bonus, 8x for Reload Bonuses, and 5x for Free Spins
• Weekly cashback is not subject to any rollover and can be withdrawn directly
• Bonuses are only valid for the specified period – expired bonuses cannot be used or transferred

Shell99 maintains a safe, fair, and enjoyable platform for all members. As such, certain behaviours are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in immediate action including account closure without compensation.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Registering more than one account or using false identity information or another person's details
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that enables play without human presence
• Exploiting technical errors, game glitches, or odds-setting mistakes for unfair advantage
• Player collusion at Live Casino tables or in tournaments to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering through deposits and withdrawals without any meaningful real gameplay activity
• Using another person's payment method for deposits or withdrawals
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing support staff or other members
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt Shell99's technical systems

Shell99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for legitimate reasons. Equally, members have the right to close their own account at any time upon personal request.

Shell99 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term in this document confirmed through internal investigation
• Inaccurate account information or verification documents that fail authentication
• Requests from law enforcement bodies or legitimate Malaysian government agencies
• Activity showing signs of serious gambling problems, in order to protect the well-being of members
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months

If your account is closed at your own request and there are no active bonuses or terms violations, any remaining balance will be transferred to your original payment method within 3 business days. If the closure is due to a terms violation, Shell99 reserves the right to hold the relevant balance while an investigation is carried out.
