Eligibility Requirements for shell99 Registration

Before filling in the registration form, make sure you meet all of shell99's eligibility requirements. These conditions are non-negotiable and must be fulfilled by all new members regardless of background:

• You must be at least 18 years old – this is the minimum age requirement strictly enforced by Shell99
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident living in Malaysia at the time of registration
• You must register using accurate personal information that belongs to you – your name, phone number, and email must all be genuine
• You do not currently have an active shell99 account – only one account is permitted per individual
• You are not on any platform's self-exclusion list and have never been banned from shell99 previously

Shell99 takes member identity verification seriously. While the registration process is quick and straightforward, shell99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad or passport) at any time – particularly before processing your first withdrawal or for larger deposit amounts. This is to protect your account security and ensure compliance with Malaysian legal requirements.

Information Required to Register

Have the following information ready before you begin the shell99 registration process to ensure everything goes smoothly:

How to Make a Deposit After Opening Your shell99 Account

Once your Shell99 account is active, you can make your first deposit right away using any of the supported payment methods. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and there are no processing fees for standard deposits:

The minimum deposit is RM10 for all listed payment methods. Funds are typically credited within seconds for TNG eWallet and DuitNow, and within 5–15 minutes for FPX transfers. Please ensure you only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name – shell99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Winnings are withdrawn via the same payment method used for your deposit (same wallet policy). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30, processed within 15–60 minutes depending on your VIP tier.

shell99 Welcome Bonus Package for New Members

Every new shell99 member is entitled to a comprehensive welcome bonus package. Here's what awaits you after opening a new account:

The welcome bonus is exclusive to new members and can only be claimed once per account lifetime. To claim it, log in to your account after your first deposit, go to Promotions and select the relevant bonus. Rollover requirements and full terms are stated on each promotion's page. For more details, visit the shell99 Promotions.

Your shell99 Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between Shell99 and you as the account holder. Shell99 protects your account on the platform side with 256-bit SSL encryption, a suspicious login detection system and continuous account activity monitoring. On your end, Shell99 recommends the following best practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your Shell99 account – never reuse the same password as your banking or email accounts
• Never share your login credentials with anyone – including anyone claiming to be shell99 staff (shell99 support will never ask for your password)
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via Account Settings for an extra layer of security
• Log out of your account when you're done playing, especially when using a shared device
• Check your confirmation email for every deposit and withdrawal – if you spot any transaction you don't recognise, contact Shell99 support immediately

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact shell99 support via live chat immediately. Our team can suspend your account while an investigation is carried out to protect your balance.
